Meet Emma – we think she’s ACE!

Emma is our Animal Welfare, Community Engagement and Education Officer. We created this role so that we could be on hand to assist the public with local animal welfare issues.

You will see Emma driving round our Branch area in her RSPCA van. We are very excited that Emma Byrne has just joined our Branch so we can do even more for animals. She has 20 years experience with the RSPCA and is already making a difference in our area.

Emma’s role is to assist the local community with animal issues including our busy veterinary practices, local authorities and local animal welfare groups. Emma is also very keen to visit schools, clubs and other groups to give informative talks on various animal welfare issues. These can be tailored for all ages and if you would like to find out more then please contact us at  emma.byrne@rspca-kentnorthwest.org.uk

If you need to report cruelty or an animal in distress, please make sure that you contact the National RSPCA on 0300 1234 999 (that number is answered from 8:00am to 8:00pm everyday of the year
